Arua "I'll sleep when I'm dead" comes to mind with you currently.
That first panel is so very evocative of how Arua must feel right now, indeed very often. All on her own, taking the responsibility to discover what's wrong and stop it. No one else at the temple can/will help her, and she can't count on the public anymore. The 4th panel really seems to show that she is not just in physical agony, she also has a lot of mental pain right now. She can't let herself slow down, not for something as unimportant as her own pain.
Which that plate armor is probably not being kind to.
Out of all of the afflictions of life I think being sick is the one I hate the most. (and I've broken my face twice!)
