Curious if her evil twin did more damage before she left, or if she left once Arua was down and out.
I am a bit curious as to how she survived. Her powers would pretect her to an extent I assume, but against her evil twin?
Maybe Xura is just bad at killing people. :P
But who knows maybe there is more to it.
...Did...I say that out loud....
Unless Master gave her explicit instructions, I don't believe Xura deliberately let Arua live. But I've considered that the Master may be playing a long game here. Killing the Archon outright would create terror, but it would also martyr her. I believe that if Xura knows what Arua knows, then she would know about Arua's Divine Shield and what it was capable of handling. I also believe that the Master is cagey enough to think that discrediting the Archon would serve greater purpose than killing her outright. He's already been planting the seeds of doubt in the people's minds as to how powerful she really is. Now the talk of the street will be how she "barely survived death." I could see him little by little whittling away until the people lost all hope and confidence in her.
And then guess who would be waiting to grab their attention.
