Artifacts: removes the burden of weapon drops. Now you will get "Relics" from dungeon/raid bosses that will unlock talents to make the Artifact weapon more powerful. I don't think they're looking to artificially prolong raids beyond their tier; but, they're definitely looking to make dungeons relevant (more relevant) throughout the expansion. They're not sure they're going to do more Mytbhic dungeons yet, but that's on the table.
Zones: Meh. Gotta have new zones with new expansion. I like the lore approach they're taking, and I agree with the path of having the Emerald Nightmare only accessible as a raid. It's got such a special place in the game's story it deserves a gated presentation, even if only LFR-Gate. Which could be a conspiracy, but Imma not telling.
PvP: MEH. MEH I say. Seriously, PvP can crawl into a corner and go into cooldown.
All the initial guarded enthusiasm I had for the expansion got quashed on Sunday with one stupid sentence from Hazzikostas. They seriously need to stop dressing that man up and letting him go out in public.
