all right! a extra page in this weeks update too! a few weeks ago reader JSStryker pointed out the glowing Starfire, he was right where that was a detail that wouldn't become clear until this update. the other Vancores we've seen before have been "echos" is you would of the real Vancore. this shinny Vancore here is the real one and things are about to get kicked up to a eleven!

now for some rambles!

with the new game system coming out I thought I would make some predicaments on who is going to do well over the next year.

Activation: there spyro skylanders game will smear the floor of Disney infinity game and there doing a new call of duty so as long as they include some kind of zombie mode it will do fine.

Bungie: There seems to be a lot of excitement for there new destiny game, it's a very ambitious project but they do have the track record to pull it off. also it being released for Xbox 360, PS 3, Xbox one, PS 4 means that it will cover new and older systems giving them a bigger market and it not being released on PC will not make it directly competitive with wow.

Blizzard: Despite how low the numbers are now they are doing some big changes with W.O.W and trying to modernism the game bit or at lest improve on its weaker points such as graphics, Patch releases, Game play experience, and basically the over all quality of the game. some changes have worked others haven't some have been the right idea but need a bit of tuning to become what they want it to be and others its back to the bored with. why I think their going do well is the mentality right now is quality and there taking steps to do that. Also depending on how well Diablo 3 dose on the Xbox 360 and PS 3 could effect marketing plans.

EA: they have gotten the license to make a star wars game! this won't be around for a wile but its a multi million dollar tittle! if they make a good game they can do well. so they have the potential to do very well or be a big flop.

Things I think that are going to struggle.

Xbox one: lots of bad press all ready and its not even out! I think Microsoft made a mistake by trying to build a system with gimmicks rather then over all very high quality.

Nintendo: The Wii U is one big gimmick show. its not real piratical and due to how different it is from PS or Xbox, nintendo is losing support of 3rd party developers which means fewer games on there system which means less sells. but hey look for to a new super smash bros. (that is a fun game) Zelda, lots of Mario and a few other classics.

Loving the past couple pages. Especially seeing the great chemistry between Van and Star.

Thanks! having a real relation ship between Starfire and Vancore is one of the things I try really hard to do right. I don't just want to slap them with a "engaged" tag on them and leave it at that. I want it to seem like its some thing real and that they are real people with multilevel dimensions to there characters and they interact with each other in ways that reflect those dimensions.

I love that kind of jaunty (snarky(?)) dialog between characters!

BTW also a great job over at Sara & Kleeyo this week.
