Back in June of 2018 I had just started a vacation to my grandparents. After driving for 6 hours I was sitting in the upstairs loft with a window open that let in a cool breeze as I just sat drew a few rocks.

I could feel the stress flow out from the top of my head down my back and fade away.

That perhaps one of the most relax I have ever been in my life.
